• Our Colorado guide has over 30 years experience in the outfitting business.
  • The operation is conducted on public lands under special permit from the
  • U.S. Bureau of Land Management.

  • Rifle:  Our main method is walking, stalking, stand hunting and whatever
  • the hunter is capable of doing.  We cater to both young and old hunters.
  • We don’t guarantee everyone will kill, but everyone will see plenty of game.
  • Our goal is to have fun.
  •
  • Bow:  Our bow hunters hunt from tree and ground stands in the early
  • morning and the late evening hours when the animals are the most active –
  • feeding and going to water.  Our tree and ground stands are located over
  • wallows, springs, heavy game trails and ponds.  The range height of our
  • stands is from 15 to 25 feet.  Average shots are from a 15 to 30 yard range.
  • Cow calling is excellent in stand hunting.
  •
  • Guides will be furnished.  Options:  1 guide – 2 hunters; 1 guide – 3 hunters.
  • Most of the time it will be 1 guide – 2 hunters (rifle) and 1 guide – 3 hunters
  • (bow).
  •
  • You can either process your own meat in camp or take it to a local meat
  • processing plant.  For in-camp processing, we have freezers and walk in
  • coolers.
  •
  • Additional Information/Requirements:
  • 50% deposit required on all hunts.
  • Non-hunters will be charged $150 per day which includes room and board.
  • Hunters will be responsible for getting to the camp.
  • A $500. deposit will hold the following year’s hunt.
  • Personal checks are accepted for the deposit.
  • Balance will be due on arrival in camp and only cash, cashier checks, or money orders will be accepted for the balance.
  • You must purchase your own tags.
  • If you were born in 1949 or later, you are required to have a hunter’s safety card to hunt in Colorado with rifle or bow.
  • Hunters are required to wear 500 square inches of fluorescent orange consisting of hat and vest.  Camouflage orange is not legal in rifle season.
